Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery time
Normally, your order is sent within 1–4 working days (does not apply to embroidery orders).
The time it takes for the order to reach the place of reception after it has left us is added – for most places in Sweden this means an additional 1–2 days.

Delivery time for foreign orders is slightly longer than for domestic orders.

The exact delivery time depends on the size of the order, shipping method, etc.
Products that we embroider especially for you have a delivery time of 1–4 weeks.
Parts of our range are only available in stores, which means they are “out of stock” at budofitness.se, but can be found in any of our Budo & Fitness Stores. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service or our stores if you have any questions!
We do not apply back orders. If one or more of your ordered products are out of stock, we will inform you and send the remaining items of your order.
We reserve the right for possible final sales at our suppliers and deviations in our stock balance.
2. Payment options
We offer payment via Klarna or Adyen. Both provide different payment options depending on your location.
Special conditions for invoice customers

Payment in full must reach us no later than the last day specified in the invoice’s terms.

If payment does not reach us on time, we charge a reminder fee of SEK 60.

For overdue invoices, we also charge late payment interest of 1% per month (started), with a minimum of SEK 160 including the reminder fee.
All products referred to in the invoice remain the property of Budo & Fitness Sport AB until full payment has been made.
3. Shipping options & prices
We offer the following shipping methods:
Domestic shipping

Schenker, service point collection
Cost: SEK 89. For orders up to 20 kg.
If your order exceeds 1 package, an additional fee is automatically calculated at checkout.
Notification via SMS and e-mail when ready for pickup.
If you do not collect your shipment, a fee of SEK 300 will be charged. -
Schenker Parcel (business only)
Only for delivery to businesses. Requires someone present during office hours.
Valid up to 30 kg. For orders exceeding 1 package, surcharge is calculated at checkout.
Company name, recipient name, address and phone number must be provided.
If delivery cannot be received at delivery time, a fee of SEK 300 applies. -
Schenker home delivery (daytime/evening)
Price calculated at checkout.
Applies for orders between 20–999 kg.
Delivery to gate or plot boundary, recipient’s signature required.
Any additional costs due to customer delays will be charged afterwards.
International shipping

Schenker Parcel
All international orders are shipped with Schenker Parcel.
Contact your local shipping agent for detailed information.
⚠️ For countries outside of the EU: You are responsible for all additional charges related to your order, such as customs fees, local VAT or other local charges.
4. Return policy
Domestic policy – for customers in Sweden
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
To return products, order a return slip (cost: SEK 139) from info@budofitness.se (always state your order number).
The return slip is sent via e-mail – print it and attach it to the package, then submit it to a Schenker service point.

Products purchased in the webshop cannot currently be returned in stores.

We cannot collect shipments from service points if you arrange shipping yourself. Such shipments must be delivered directly to our main warehouse.

Customer is responsible for return or size-change shipping costs. The SEK 139 return slip cost is deducted from your refund.
Refund examples:

Entire order returned: SEK 1,000 + SEK 89 shipping = SEK 1,089. Refunded: SEK 950 (1,089 – 139).

Partial order returned: SEK 500 product refunded – SEK 139 slip cost = SEK 361.
Size changes are handled as new orders – place a new order and return the old products.
Conditions for approved return

Item must be in new condition and original packaging.

Item must not be washed, used, or show signs of handling (stains, perfume, pet hair, etc.).

Must be properly packaged (original or equivalent packaging).

Embroidered or specially ordered goods cannot be returned.
International policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
For returns, you must arrange and pay for shipping yourself.
Shipments must be delivered directly to our warehouse by courier (not to service points).

Always send returns with traceable shipping and notify us by e-mail (info@budo-fitness.com) with your order number and tracking link.
Processing time: 2–5 business days after receiving your return.
Refunds are made via your original payment method.

Entire order returned: original shipping refunded.

Partial return: original shipping not refunded.
For non-EU countries:
We do not refund customs fees or local charges, as these are specific to you and your local authorities. We also do not accept any such costs associated with the return shipment.
